The Team of "Eldon Toombs" and "Rod Ferguson" controlled a total of 20 Teams providing 123 Safe Rides Home on New Years Eve as the grand finallie to this years Operation Red Nose Program.  No small task to manage with 20 teams of enthusiastic people spread out and searching for party revellers around the city.  New Years Eve Program started promptly with the phones ringing at 9:00 PM and going steadily through until the phone lines were stopped at 4:00 AM on January 1st.  Good Job Team!!

Another one of the "Dedicated Red Nose Teams" came out to help provide safe rides home to celebrating Prince George citizens.  This team even decorate their personal car with a "Red Nose and Antlers" plus Antler's for each team member.  How committed is that?  Ruth Buehler, Ingrid Endenshaw and Marty James have come out on a number of evenings to help with our Red Nose Program, and they had "Fun doing it".

The "Toombs Family" made a collective decision, said Rotarian Ken Toombs, to come out this year in force, to support the Nechako Clubs Operation Red Nose Program.  They have done an exemplary in their support as indicated by this picture of all eleven of them on New Years Eve, where they covered tasks of Dispatch, Telephone, Runner, Escort Driver, Navigator and Client Driver.  The Toombs family came out in force on many of the nights of operation, in addition to providing the full vehicle radio coverage.

The Nechako Rotary Club and Operation Red Nose thank the Toombs Family for their generosity and dedication to another successful Red Nose Program.  Thank you all.
